Geordie Shore's Sophie Kasaei has openly discussed her aspiration to start a family with her partner and TOWIE star, Jordan Brooks.  In this new digital-first series, she plans to share every step of her fertility journey with fans in a bid to raise awareness and understanding of the many different journeys that can be undertaken to have children.
