It's lawyer Goodwill, with Uncle Solomon's will which leaves everything to the pigs, but if something happens to them, it goes to the lawyer who then immediately adjourns to the basement and a convenient bottle of Jekyll and Hyde potion. Soon, he's got everyone except Porky and Petunia but watch out for that guy in the third row...
